Dinner at The Farm

Open kitchen where the Chefs’ creativity is flowing

Dinner at the Farm is a special occasion.  You don’t need a reason to celebrate to go to dinner here but when you’re here you’ll have such a memorable experience that it creates its own celebratory experience.

From their house-made cornbread and honey butter to the signature winter cocktails, every taste is a party of flavors. The winter menu stands true to their passion for fresh and local foods full of flavor.

We recently tried this seasonal menu and could barely contain ourselves with the excitement over each flavorful bite.

One of the beautiful things about Talisker restaurants is that they allow creative freedom for their chefs.  Of course, they hire only the best but then the chefs are allowed to artfully form their menus around seasonal ingredients and their own personal spin on every recipe. This is evident from every taste I’ve had at any of the Talisker restaurants and only leads me to desire to return to the restaurants each season to uncover what the chef’s have brilliantly made.

With almost 400 wines on the menu, The Farm’s selection is second to none.

The winter menu at The Farm is particularly exquisite and each dish has a perfectly-pared wine option (if that’s how you like to order).  Here are a few highlights…

Peak 5 Martini | High West Silver whiskey, fresh squeezed pear juice infused with rosemary, domaine de canton ginger liquor

Rabbit Tenderloin | squash risotto, rabbit confit.

Smoked Mountain Valley Trout | cracked pepper fettucine, quail egg, cheese crisp and mushrooms

Mary’s Chicken Breast | Chestnut stuffing, sweet potato hash, mushroom duxelle, natural jus

Local Grass Fed Beef | braising greens, squash, fingerling potatoes, mushrooms, port sauce

Homemade Apple Pie | Zoe’s garden apples, flaky crust, house spun cinnamon vanilla ice cream

Come to The Farm this winter for a special occasion or just come and make a special occasion of your eventing.  Either way, you’ll be celebrating every bite of your dinner!
